I don't sugarcoat things. If I don't know something, I'll tell you straight up. But I wasn't always like this. For years, I blamed everything on my genetics being too skinny, bad metabolism, whatever excuse I could find. Until I realized the only person holding me back was me. At 19, I made a promise to myself: take control and never look back. Two years later, I went from 140lbs to 200lbs of lean muscle. No shortcuts. Just structure, consistent eating, and realizing what I was actually capable of. Now I want to help you do the same.
